My agony is finally over, thank you everybody
« on: August 21, 2009, 11:59:40 PM »
This is donpablo,

As you know I'm the guy who's been freaking out about HIV. After 3 1/2 months of terror I found out about a test called NAT which look for the actual virus not the antibodies. Its pretty price but, nothing is worth more than a piece of mind. I finally got the results tonight and they came back 100% negative. I can finally believe I'm HIV free. I want to thank everybody for their support and patients.
God bless this website, it has help me alot. I know I was starting to piss some people off but can I say. I as scare to death.

Thank you,
Donpablo

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.
