-sigh- I haven't had any major anxiety worries in months until today. For a while now I've had gas problems/gas pain which I just pinned down to anxiety and the occasional burning in my throat when I burped (reflux?). But what I think has been gas has been quite strange, what feels like popping feelings in my stomach sometimes. It's quite random though. I can go for weeks without feeling a pop but then could have them every day.

Last night I got a stomach ache while laying in bed trying to go to sleep and that made me feel a little bit nervous, I managed to get to sleep. This morning when I woke up I had the ache a little bit and had diarrhea when I went to the toilet. The stomach ache continued off and on all day and didn't seem to worsen when I ate though.

I got home from work had some pain just under my ribs, took a de-gas and it slowly went away. I just ate tea and now I've got a bit of pain in my stomach so I decided to do what I haven't done in ages and Googled it and stomach cancer came up everywhere. And now I'm basically scared shitless that I have stomach cancer. I'm only 19 so chances should be really slim I'm hoping.

Has anyone else experienced gas/stomach symptoms similar to mine? :(

Stomach cancer is on the decline in the US, and is extremely rare in anyone under 50.
Your symptoms probably are indicative of IBS, stress, a virus, something you ate, etc.
I would not be concerned.

I agree with Marc.

There is no need to worry about cancer.

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.
