My first forum post!

Hey Guys-

I spend a lot of time in the chat but am just starting to look around the forums. I am a grad student living in NYC and I deal with GAD and HA. I am on meds right now which seem to be helping. I come to the chats to help people, make friends and get advice. SO hopefully I will see you around.

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.

You will see me around. I mostly skulk around the forums. I like to come and go as I please. I'm glad to see you here. I'm really into short sentences. :laugh3:
