I was worrying all afternoon about this!

I was diagnosed with Anxiety a few months ago. But, as usual, it was kind of like "oh, you just have Anxiety. Don't worry." So I am constantly worrying that the doctor has missed something.

I have been having dull headache on the back left part of my head for like a week and a constant eye lid twitch of my right eye. Of course, I did the bad thing, and Googled it. First things that come up: brain tumor, MS.

I have had ongoing worries about MS for a few years since my mum had it since she was 17 and passed away 20th June this year.

Reading this really made me feel much better and the headache seems to have calmed down. When I was stressing about it this afternoon it felt worse and made me feel dizzy - again, probably my anxiety becoming hyper aware of the slight pain and worrying which made it worse (or at leaset seem worse).

Thank you for at least postponing my stress for a while :).

thanks for this post, it definately does make me, someone with chronic migiraines feel much better. I'm currently on another wave that's hitting now a month long lasting period and every day I become more and more stressed despite a MRI in the spring coming back clear. The migraines drive me bonkers nad I wish they'd go away.  :dazed: summer was so nice without them, it was such a sucker punch in late october for them to come back out of nowhere.

Great and very helpful information! Thank you for taking the time to share with us! Now I'm curious how many peoples headaches have decreased or dissipated from the calmed nerves after reading this? I know mine has!
