Is it normal to get panic attacks with SA?  When I am around people I feel like i'm going to blow up.

YES YES YES!  I have GAD and I get panic attacks around people all the time and I always think that they will see me and think I'm a freak! :laugh3:

Well Hawk pretty much took the words right out of my mouth!  :happy0151:
Although i only experienced panic attacks in front of people a few times ( i would normally run and hide).... Now it is more the fear of having one around people... who will not understand and think i am a freak... So now i just avoid being around any one. But i have just started the 'Fearfighters' programme which i hope will slowly make it easier to be in such situations.
