Meds kickin my butt
« on: October 19, 2006, 12:18:11 PM »
Well I'm on lithium now and I was doing ok, but today I am very sad.  :(

I feel lost.  I feel sad. I feel inable to find my place.  I am not a depressed person usually, its anxiety I suffer from the most.  but here I am questioning myself, my abilities, wether I'll ever work again, where I belong.   :sad0123:

:action-smiley-065: Smile, it makes your brain release a hormone stop depression!
depression is really crap, worse than anxiety, you will be fine and light will be shining on you soon.
You are amazing and you are always so caring and understanding to everyone on this forum and you don't even know any of us!
I can't imagine what you are like to the people you love.
I bet they truly treasure you.
I hope you are feeling better
