A POEM I WROTE ABOUT MY PANIC ATTACKS

                                        SOMETIMES THE WORLD SEEMS CRAZY(I hope you all like this)

Sometimes i feel im going mad,
I look deep inside i feel so bad,
I know i have done nothing wrong,
And inner peace is what i long,
I feel as if im going insane,
What is this emotional pain?
Nothing bad has happand me,
So why do i feel like am going cary?

Panicking i can do expertly,
All i want is to just be free,
So im calling my Angels to please help me?
Im inviting you into my life,
Will you please be there?
Will you guide me through my strife?
Wll you please help me to catch my breath?
Will you please help me with all the rest?
Will you releave this tightness in my chest?
Will you please help me to find the key,
To how i would like my life to be,
I would like to be rid of my insecurity.

Wow Kiara.  Thats a very sweet poem.  I did not know you had an artistic side.   I would love to see more.

Thank you so much i was kinda scared to post it  i have a book full of poems one for everyone in my family. i will post some more soon

without a doubt sometimes its good to just write everything down on a piece of paper and then keep it burn it tear it up whatever takes your fancy :happy0062:
