Having bad night

I am stupid, I've had 1/2bottle of wine and a sleeping tablet. I'm typing this now and I feel sick.
My hubby went out to football again tonight and we had afight about family time.

i hope your feeling better now! i used to drink a little when i fought with my fiance but sztopped when i reliazed drunk AND anxious is not good.  :goofy:

Don't be hard on yourself. It's OK! I had some wine myself that night you wrote your post and was doing a little drinking and posting. hope things are smoothed over with the hubby. Relationships are such fun! I think it's a miracle that anyone with anxiety can actually manage to have a serious relationship. We should give ourselves some credit for that.

Amen Rachel! I cannot believe my husband and I are still together! Why is it, that they feel the need to make us even more nuts? Sheeesh!

 :action-smiley-065: Thanks guys, it's nice to know that you guys care! I wasn't going to drink tonight but I'm up to my 2nd glass as hubby drinks every day.
I think my prob is I think about everything WAY TOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think everybody's main issue here this that we all think wayyyyy too much.   :happy0151:

Be aware that alcohol can make your anxiety worse especially the next day because it depletes some good chemicals in the brain.
