Are you okay?  If you are considering 0119, please go to hospital now.  Please.  Sometimes in-patient care is the best decision.

Did you want to stop taking Xanax?  Was it your decision?  This is important for those of us reading your post.  Some of us had have doctors that, all of a sudden, took away our Xanax and left us to suffer with withdrawals on top of our panic attacks.

If your doctor will prescribe more Xanax, please take it.  It will help reduce the symptoms of withdrawals.  If your doctor will not prescribe you Xanax, find a new doctor who understands your suffering or go to the hospital.

You may want to consider Xanax XR, which in my opinion, works MUCH BETTER than regular Xanax.  It is the extended release formula and lasts 8-24 hours.  8-24 beautiful hours of no anxiety.

Because you seem to be in a rough spot, have you considered taking SSRI antidepressants?  Celexa, Lexapro, Paxil, and Zoloft have been very effective for many people on this forum.  When I was thinking about 0119, I was prescribed an antidepressant for my constant panic attacks and depression.  It worked miracles.

I hope that you are feel better soon.
