I hate the tensing and shaking that comes with my panic attacks, and the racing thoughts that make it impossible to calm myself down because I can't even rationalize with myself

The most annoying symptom for me is rapid heartbeat/chestpain/pressure.  Also the feeling that death is imminent!  I hate the intrusive thoughts!

Nausea, feeling like I am going to pass out, being overheated, rapid heartbeat, and paralyzing fear that death is imminent.

That would be mine.

this is right on

Dizziness, weakness in my legs and stomach churning, shaking....also being sound asleep and waking with my heart pounding. All of these things

suck, suck, suck...

So, glad you all are here, we can be a great help to each other.  I don't have health anxiety, per say, but am going thru some IBS problems big time and am taking Bentyl, to relax the stomach, and intestinal area.  The bentyle is making my stomach feel like I am going down on a roller coaster, literally, very strange to feel my bowels twinging.  I am not on any meds for anxiety,...............yet!

If it hasn't been made obvious from my posts...The manual breathing.  Definitely the manual breathing.  I have other "intense" symptoms, but it definitely feels like overall that's caused most of my problems.  It's such a stupid little thing and I know it can't hurt me, but I also can't stop thinking about it XP!

The world is only awful when you believe it to be.

When I stopped fearing panic attacks, I never had another.  When I stopped fearing shaking, I stopped.  When I stop fearing the IBS symptoms, I no longer had IBS symptoms.  When I stopped fearing changes to my heartbeat, my heartbeat became normal.

I hate the depersonalization. Really hate it when I don't know it's about to hit, and all of sudden I'll be out somewhere and all of a sudden it's like the entire world just got put into slow motion.

I would say the 'doom' is a close second though.

I can strongly agree about the fainting in public fear... it's happened to me 3 times this year already , it's really scary
but what I truly hate is the stigmatization by healthy normal people about my circumstances/issues etc...
Just because you don't look physically disabled doesnt't mean you are , many think it's all in your head, well it is lol so help me with support etc instead of telling me I'm garbage or lazy etc .  That's what I tell non believers/family that don't get it all the time... Trust Us normal people who may be reading this lol, we don't choose or want  to live our life like this lol
