Anxiety Zone is located in the U.S.A. and within the state of Florida so all times, dates and schedules mentioned anywhere on this forum reflect Florida time which is also Eastern Standard Time (EST).

The other thing people sometimes do when they want to chat with other members (and it works very well but not for scheduled chats) is to wait for a large number of people to show up in the forum and then go into the chat room and just wait for others to join you.

One practically fool-proof way of doing scheduled chats would be to send out a mass email announcement or mass PM (via the forum) shortly before the scheduled chat was to begin but I'm not sure if people would appreciate this since it might be looked upon as "spamming". However, by doing it this way, we wouldn't need to worry about time zones because members would simply get an email or PM and know that it was time to chat and they could show up if they wanted to.
