im new and hope to learn more

i have hade panic attacs for many years and beat them just resently they are back and ive been having trouble coping and hope talking about it will help me get back on the right track of coping with this disoder

Welcome! We are glad you found us!!! I too have suffered with panic attacks over the last 17 years. I definitely know what you are going through!!
