checking temperature and saliva

THIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS.  IF I TOLD ANYONE ELSE THIS THEY WOULD COMMIT ME.  I KEEP CHECKING MY TEMPERATURE FOR A FEVER AND CHECKING MY SALIVA FOR BLOOD.  ITS BECOMING WORSE AND I CAN'T STAND IT.  DOES ANYONE ELSE CHECK THEIR BODY/SALIVA/TEMPERATURE?  PLEASE HELP

Whenever I get sick I constantly check my temp.  It drives me nuts.  Any little change and I panick.  Why do you think that you will have blood in your saliva?

i have an obsession with checking my pulse. this often leads me to panic attacks. my friends smack my hand away if they see it on my throat. i also ask them, "my heart is beating thump thump thump" (i give them the rythm), "how fast is your heart beating? am i normal?" they are pretty good about helping me, although i feel their patience is wearing thin.

keep this in mind, 99.999% of the time, i am healthy. i am fine. there is nothing to worry about. this is applicable to my situation, but maybe not you. i know deep down i am fine, but sometimes i get the what ifs and make myself mad.

I check my temp all the time when I'm sick. I do check my saliva for blood as well. I thought doing this was normal?

I have had a compulsive problem this week and it is checking my lympth nodes to the point of were I made one sore.
