It was such a fun read!  I indulged and rented the movie today from On-Demand...  It was better than I thought it would be!  Especially the fight scene.  Many of the scenes/actors were just as I imagined they might be.

I thought Kristen Stewart was the perfect Bella. She had to be kind of awkward and she pulled it off well, because I saw her in an interview on TV, and that's kind of how she is in real life.

I thought they picked a great Edward too  ;D

Unfortunately I've only seen the movie so far.  I want to read the first book but I have to wait until the waiting list at my local library shrinks a bit.

How much does the first book sell for in stores?  (If I get fed up with waiting.)  ;D

I love it. I love just escaping into this fantasy world. It's not the most complex book in the world, but that is probably why I enjoy reading it. lol. I sometimes enjoy books where you don't have to think. :P

I haven't read this book or watched the movie, but I like books for the same reason.  Simple fantasy world type of themse.  And also my favorite video game series is one where I feel like I am in their world usually.

I read all the books. They were all very good. I read my daughters books and she reads all of mine. We save a a ton of money that way since we both read all the time. If you guys liked them books there is also another series by P.C. Cast. It's a series of 5 books, the first one is called Marked. If you get through the 5, I think the next one comes out in November.

My 12 yr old son begged me to read the first book in this series so we could talk about it.  Within 2 weeks I bought the rest of the books because I couldn't stop reading about their lives.  I am afraid to watch the movie, however.  I am afraid I will be disappointed.

I don't think you will be real disappointed it's just that the books are always better.
