Fear of conspiracy anyone?

I just wrote a topic about the anxiety i am suffering from and Apple replied saying that i have a fear of conspiracy maybe? I never thought about this but it's actually really true. I am constantly listening to my parents talking thinking they are saying something about me or my boyfriend and i am always asking what they are thinking. I have the feeling my parents keep a lot of secrets from me and it makes me really nervous and therefore really anxious.
I used to think my stepdad was cheating on my mom when i was little and i actually confronted him about it. Of course he wasn't and then i felt stupid. But this fear has always been around now that i think about it. I always feel like people are keeping important things from me, or people are trying to hurt me or my loved ones.
What i want to know is if this is an actual fear? Does anyone else feel this way or somewhat like it? I know it's kind of a weird thing to have anxiety about. But hey, isn't that what GAD is all about?
