COMPLETE major fear of MOM dying HOSPITALS & GOING CRAZY

mY mom just got out of the hospital she had a seizure.  I am her only caregiver and had to go to the hosptial one week straight twice a day.  My stomach in a knot, like im ready to vomit.   Please someone understand me.  There has to be someone out there that went through this.   A nurse is coming tonite to check her and I took two xanax.  Im so afraid the nurse is going to say there is someting wrong.  I cant live this way and I dont want to.  Im SO  SO afraid I will have to see my mom in the hospital again. please someone just help me.
