Panic Away vs Linden Method?
« on: February 01, 2009, 04:54:40 AM »
Hey everyone,

I heard that Panic Away and the Linden Method are the 2 successful programs that have manage to cure people's Panic Attacks and Anxiety.  Anyone tried them?

I remember I came across a critic's site that compares the 2 programs unbiasedly.
If I remember well, I got his/her site when I googled the following terms: panic away linden method unbiase
The website title is "Panic Away & Linden Method - which one is better?"

Hey!

I never heard of the Panic Away program, but I have heard of the Linden Method.  I never really looked into it, but I do search for it on youtube.  I found a video of Charles Linden just speaking of his experiences with panic/anxiety/agoraphobia/ocd.  Just listening to the guy talk brought me out of a hyperventilation episode ( the start of a panic attack for me ).  And i felt amazingly calm just from listening to him.  I was able to download audio files from his program for free on a Torrent program.

Personally I dont think one is better than the other, its just what helps you better.

You'll feel better.

Yeah.. I am not sure either.

I have read the critic's review from that "Panic Away & Linden Method - which one is better?" website and he/she said the Panic Away program is more appropriate for people who can cope with their Panic Attacks or Anxiety well.  Linden Method is more for those who aren't really good in coping their Panic Attacks or Anxiety well.

Frankly speaking, I have already read the full comparison and review and bought the Panic Away program.  I have to say it helped me (it's already a few weeks since I bought it).  I am just thinking of buying the Linden Method now.. I don't know.  Still, I really am grateful to the critic for his review or I wouldn't have see the improvement in my panic attacks.
