Panic Away vs Linden Method?
« on: February 01, 2009, 04:53:58 AM »
Hey everyone,

I heard that Panic Away and the Linden Method are the 2 successful programs that have manage to cure people's Panic Attacks and Anxiety.  Anyone tried them?

I remember I came across a critic's site that compares the 2 programs unbiasedly.
If I remember well, I got his/her site when I googled the following terms: panic away linden method unbiase
The website title is "Panic Away & Linden Method - which one is better?"

Nothing can cure you. You have to cure yourself. This Guy Linden is a good businessman.

I have both programs and feel both are very effective and informative. Panic Away is better for those suffering from panic attacks, and the Linden method is great for anxiety. Panic Away teaches to take fear out of your panic attacks. and the Linden Method teaches you to distract yourself, while enduring anxiety symptoms. In my opinion they both work, but it takes work on our part..

Some people may need to take meds, to lessen the symptoms, and others need therapy.

I think knowledge of anxiety and therapy works best myself, along with an occasional clonazepam :-)

But I would like to add, that 5 years o.k after going through horrible panic attacks and health anxiety for months, I was able to overcome all of it, med free, by eliminating my fear of panic attacks and I also stopped goggling symptoms. All my anxiety symptoms disappeared. This time around, was based on different circumstances, so I guess that's my point, everyone is different and has different triggers, thus different treatments work best!

Take Care!
