Curious as to proper medication dosages...

Hey... my new medication I've been prescribed is Xanex. I was curious as to see if anyone knew if it was safe for me (a 17 yr old female, 125 pds) to be taking xanex on a daily basis along with my usual dosage of zoloft. (which I've been taking for six days now) My doctor prescribed both of these drugs to me, I was just a little suprised, and wanted a second opinon. Thanks.

I understand you worry...usually when they say adult dose they do mean anyone over the age of 16years.

I was 92 pounds until I was 30.  Now I'm 120lbs and 32yrs.  I take 1.25mg of Risperdal (anti-psychotic) and can take up to 1.5mg (3 pills) of Clonazepam...which is similar to Xanax. 

You dont have to worry sweety.  It is not a dose that is too much for you.  Wether you have side effects? I dont know...but it is not enough to damage your insides.
