Caffeine Intake.......

Everyone should try and cut down or cut out their caffeine intake if they suffer from anxiety. My bouts that I had few yrs back were fueled by too much CAFFEINE. I did not drink coffee but drank ALOT of iced tea, and colas.....My doctor told me to cut out the caffeine which I did and it reduced my encounters, and even my symptoms. I went de caf for 6 months and put myself to the test...drank a 16oz Coke while eating pizza one night....I felt jittery about 30 mins after...and actually got a bit nervous, but didnt allow anxiety or panic to set in because I knew I had done it purposely...I have been de caf ever since and its been about 7yrs.....Not saying caffeine is a cause of my anxiety or anxiety in general, but its a stimulant....
