Welcome to the 'Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)' forum. Fibromyalgia causes tiredness, muscle pain and "tender points." Tender points are areas of the neck, shoulders, back, hips, legs or arms that are painful when touched. Individuals with fibromyalgia often experience other symptoms as well, including difficulty sleeping, morning stiffness, headaches and problems with thinking clearly or remembering things (sometimes called "fibro fog"). Symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) include fatigue and other symptoms such as muscle pain, memory problems, headaches, joint pain, sleeping difficulties, sore throat and tender lymph nodes.
