These conditions and trials we live through can make us feel alone with our struggle. I found this site not wanting to admit that anxiety had reappeared in my life, but it did. The people here are very nice, and the site is a great way for us to talk about the things we would otherwise keep to ourselves. I have learned some more about myself by visiting here, and I feel it has already been a great help. I hope you all have a great Christmas and new Years
