Just wanted to post an update on me since many of you were a big help to me while I was going through a hard few weeks.  After being inpatient for my HA, I had a hard week, and then went back to work.  I was so scared the first day but I got through and now it is not even a thought in my mind.  My psychiatrist gave me Ativan for when I get anxiety attacks and the only time I took one was my first day back to work.  I am running on the treadmill everyday to get in shape.  It feels so good to be able to work out and not worry too much about my heart.  My health anxiety is never going to go away, but I will now have ways to control them and not let it get as bad as it has in the past.  Thank you all again for your insight and responses to my posts.  I will be on here a lot even though I feel a lot better.

Glad you are doing better; it sounds like you are moving in all of the right directions, and that you have a good network behind you, and a good treatment team.

Thank you all.  The reason I gave an update is because just 4 weeks ago I would not even leave my house.  Now I am doing everything right.  I just want people on here to know that things can get better.  It takes a lot of work, but life can be so much easier and better than we make it sometimes.  Some of you who have posted have been an inspiration to get better, and I want to do the same.  Trust me, just a month ago I woke up every day and said to myself, "I made it another day, and I hope I make another day".  Now I don't even think about it.  Life is good.
