I have actually worried about this at times.  I think that laughing can easily make you feel out of breath.  Sometimes when I sing to a song I get out of breath, and lately when i talk on the phone i feel out of breath.  I work at a call center so I talk on the phone all day.  With it being so easy for HA people to have symptoms, it is even easier when there is any deviation from the regular, and all these things can cause it.

I too feel this way at times when I laugh. I would not be concerned.

Just keep reminding yourself that it is your anxiety making you think these things, no matter what diseases they are or how many of them pop up in your head.
