Panic during sleep
« on: December 13, 2008, 02:54:59 AM »
I have recently found myself unsafe from panic and anxiety even in my sleep...

There I was in my school libarary using the computers late at night.... then I was walking hope... except I don't really remember getting up and leaving, I had actually sleepwalked out in a manner but I was having crazy thoughts about things that weren't even real or possible and I think I even tried to talk to the security guard about it....

Very embarassing, very scary.... I'm kind of scared to sleep now...

Can you see your school's counsellor? A lot of universities offer counselling free (and confidential) to their students.
