hey i cant get into the doctors for another 2weeks i have been havin bad and i mean bad mindgraines i get so scared i think i mgonna die what can i do to take it off my mind plus with all the screamin in my house i cant take it i feel like dyin cus its so bad some plz help me....

Are you in the UK?

I know with my surgery that you can sometimes have to wait a while but if you state you feel it is an emergency they are pretty much obliged to see you straight away.

What I would say is that if your headaches are that bad and constant and if you have not had a diagnosis up to now you always have the option of going to Casualty as they will have to at least ensure you are OK to send home again.

As someone who suffers from migraines and comes from a migraine prone family, I can tell you this much...

If it's actually a horrible migraine, and you've got good insurance, go ahead a make a trip to the E.R.  They have medicine they can give you to stop the migraine, and/or give you something to put you to sleep until it wears off.

Now, if you don't have good insurance, have someone pick you up some over the counter migraine stuff....I think it's advil migraine, but it might be Tylenol.  It's not wonderful medicine, but it does help some...maybe at least make it managable through the rest of the migraine period.

i know i got severe anxiety and ptsd cus i have the symptoms but whenever i hear someone scream i get bad mindgraine is that normal plus it was so bad lastnight my vizion was blurred alil...im gonna start wearin ear plugs when im up so i dont gotta listen to ppl scream hope that helps ill pick some advils up as soon as possible r they special mindgraine ones...all i know is if i goto the er i dont got good insurance so it will take while fer them to see me i wish they would take x-rays cus of the indent on my head idk how it got their it wasnt their last weasday but next day thursday it was their and i didnt bump my head wish i knew what it was....

It just popped into my head....it's exedrine migraine....suppose to be forumulated for migraine headaches.  Like I said, it's not a miracle cure, but it should help to take the edge off.

are you also sensative to light, seeing any aura or visual oddities...is there any nausea?  Does it feel as though there's pressure building up behind your eyes and that they might pop out if you bend over?  If not, this could be a tension headache instead of a migraine....either way, the exedrine should help.
