How do you make relationships and anxiety work?

So this is yet another one of my post where i come in here to vent and ask for advice. Some how alot of you seem to be able to pull this sort of thing off. I have yet to undergo a relationship when I have had anxiety. The worry doesn't help much. It only seems to make things worse. I mean I am constantly thinking the worst and wondering if there is ever something going on or if I am doing something wrong etc etc. My emotions go haywire with all of this anxiety and I dont know how to make it stop. So if any of you have any suggestions then I would appreciate it very much.
As I said before anxiety and relationships can often be hard to handle. Or so I am learning. What do yall think I should do about this?

Can you be more specific? That's a very interesting issue, but the question is a little broad. What are you having the hardest time with, and what sort of anxiety is in the picture?
