Hello!

My name is Erin and I'm 35 years old.  I just found this forum.    I have been dealing with GAD for a LONG time.  I was formally diagnosed at age 27.  I took Effexor for awhile prescribed by my primary care physician.  Went off that and was placed on Paxil CR.  I've been on Paxil CR 25 for 4 years.  This past summer I had a horrible bout with panic attacks.  I went back into therapy and am now for the first time seeing a psychiatrist.  My psychiatrist is upping my Paxil to 37.5 for a week and then to 50.  She also prescribed clonazepam .25 mg in the morning and 1 mg at bedtime.  So far so good, the only thing I'm missing is my wine    I really did enjoy it but was told I cannot have it!
