Big changes coming to Anxiety Zone...

Greetings members...

There have been (and there will continue to be in the coming days) a huge number of ongoing changes, updates, modifications and improvements to the Anxiety Zone forum. We've already added a whole new line of smiles/emoticons and added a brand new chat room. After the addition of various PDF workbooks in the "Other Mental Health Issues" forum (which we are working on currently), we will be adding an entirely NEW "Therapies" section (which is now 40% complete) as well as updating all of the other sections (ie; the Conditions index, Drug index, Glossary, etc).

We will also be updating the "Link's to our friends" section so that members can get the help and support they need from multiple forums because when anxiety strikes, sometimes one resource is just not enough!.

Please be patient while we evolve and learn what our member want and expect from us. The best way you can help us to help you is to be frank with us and let us know what you LIKE and DON'T LIKE about Anxiety Zone. Don't hold back. Don't be shy. Tell us what is on your mind because we listen!.
