this is to much to handle

I am depressed like no other time I think. I just had the fourth friend in the last few years die and she and I used to date. She was only 19 and had a five month old child and she was pregnant when she died. They didn't know why she died. She was fine and then started running fever went into coma  and had siezures then died a week into being in the hospital.
I keep thinking that it could happen to any one of us. We never know when we are going to go or not. And why does it seem to happen to people so young? I mean she had so much to live for and seemed to be healthy to everyone around her. I keep thinking that something like that will happen to me. That I am going to end up dying young to. I mean I am still not all the way convinced that all I have is anxiety. Except all of this started with anxiety attacks so it would make alot more sense to me that this is just anxiety. But either way I don't know how to feel right now.

I`m really sorry to hear your friend died. And so young!? That`s not fair. just terrible

Well, we never know what will happen next We are all suffering this same disease called life...

But anyway, I don`t wonder you are feeling anxious right now...
