10 mg Pexeva and 1 mg Xanax XR

I am currently on these two drugs for Panic Disorder/General Anxiety and OCD.  I was hoping that some of you could share your insights/experience with these drugs if by chance you have used them.

I took my first Pexeva last night with dinner and take the 1 mg Xanax XR daily at breakfast.  I am thinking about switching up the times I take those drugs, as I had problems sleeping last night (although I usually wake up in the middle of the night at least once every night). 

I was also very worried that my pulse rate and blood pressure was low when I woke up last night, and I have been feeling the same way about that today.  I am probably just obsessing about my health, but I was wondering as well if anyone had experienced something similar.

I have never taken Pexeva, but I have taken Xanax XR.  It did not last as long as they claimed, but Xanax in general has been very helpful for me.  I have been taking 2 mg per day for over 2 years now.  Still works just as good as it did on day one.
