anxiety like a game of snakes and ladders!!

ok i really need to vent,so sorry if i waffle on,,,,,, been on meds for one month yesterday, week two started to see small improvement, week three felt on top of the world although was afraid to admit this incase i jinxed it , starting from sunday i felt back to square one and feel so so low and anxious with the physical symptoms making a reappearance too , anyone feel they are up and down?? also because i was feeling back to 'normal' i thought great im ok to have a few drinks surely, had 3 cans of lager,fri night and 3 sat night, and sunday three pints at the pub, yesterday the anxiety got worse, do you think its stopped the med workin,also im just on 10mg maybe need more now, went to doc last week when felt great and she said see how you go on 10 mg for now, got go back 3 weeks today,, i want to feel normal, morbid but i think of dying all the time, , me,,or anybody really, :traurig001:sorry to sound so morbid but i really need help , i feel im losing it and wont ever be back to my old self who never thought of death, any tips?thanks so much , and this place is great:hope i havnt depressed anyone with being so miserable and talkin of mortality,,,,,, hope you all feel better soon ,i can feel for you ,,espech if youve suffered a long time, you have my respect for dealing with this s##t!!!

citalopram antidepressant and for panic disorder,,,aka ,celexa,,, do you drink on meds if you dont mind me askin?

I only go out once every 6 months or so, and I haven't been out since I started this Lexapro...I have however had a Jack and Coke on several occasions since I started taking the meds and haven't noticed any change.  It may have something to do with how much you drink...maybe you can get some more info when everyone pops on here later.
