I have a fear of open spaces and large enclosed spaces... like malls, movies, (both I avoid at all costs) then large areas like open water, and fields....  :o That just gave me an anxiety burst typing it! yikes! anyone want to share their thoughts? :-X

You feel like people are judging you, looking at you, youre big, akward etc and in big open places youre an eause target, exposed? Rara. It will be better, it is cureable.

I suffer from agoraphobia, Over Compulsive Disorder, Panic and Anxiety Attacks. I fear to even leave my home. It makes me panick and have attacks to just think about leaving my home. I actually feel like a prisoner of my own house. Alot of the time I feel like no body understands at all what I am going through or how my illnesses make me feel. I am on medication to try to help me, but they change and up my medications so often because they are trying to figure out what will work for me. I also go to a therapist once a week and a psychiatrist every two weeks for medication management. And believe me, sometimes I feel very alone and that no one can or ever could understand how I feel. I hope that this helps you know that you are not alone. Because I do feel alone most of the time. But I do have to say that my husband is very supportive. And I have had him talk to my therapist and my psychiatrist so that they could help him truly understand my illnesses. And since then, he can actually be a big help to me. I hope that you find this helpful.
