Follow your Doctors regulations. I am on 50 mg, of Zoloft once a day, I take them in the morning. They have been helping with some symptoms a little, but I need to take them for at least 4-6 weeks to feel the full effect of them. I'm on them for 4 months. Well take care, and you'll be fine don't worry. I'm doing a bit better myself! :P

I'm on the same and I do only take them as needed because I'm on other meds.

I hear they are addictive and I'm not sure if it means you just become dependant on them or what...but I figure if you need to take them regularly to cope,  what does it matter if they are addictive?  Lots of anti-deppressants are addictive as well...

I guess I feel when your ready to go off you just do it slowly with a doctor to ease off them with little or no withdrawls.

I stopped taking it cold turkey with no withdrawal symthoms. I guess everybody is different.
I took zoloft on three occasions this year and never got a withdrawal effect.

This third time that I stopped the Zoloft I am getting the rare dizzy side effect.

I take klonopin only as needed.  It does make the MS symptoms and anxiety go away pretty quickly.  klonopin can be addictive. Most people I know are on some kind of anti depressant like zoloft (which I take) or prozac, buspar, etc. and only use the klonopin for attacks.  The anti depressant are better for long term anxiety treatment, although it was hard for me to start taking them as they would give me anxiety attacks while my body got used to the meds.  It also helped to take klonopin during this time of adjustment.  Also I used to take .5 or 1 mg every night to help me sleep for quite a while and I did not become addicted.  I now use Ambien CR.

Take Care,

Cin
