I wake up each morning feeling like crap.

Each morning when I wake up I feel horrible. It never used to be like that. I don't drink or do drugs. I've had anxiety and panic attacks for the last year. When I wake up I feel crappy for about a half hour.

Could this be from my anxiety or something else?

could be morning anxiety. i suffer from this, but mine last until early afternoon. hope you feel better soon.

Unfortunately, in the morning it appears that the anxiety gets a head start over the rationalized thinking.

Once we can think our way through the anxious thoughts etc, life evens out.

If it becomes worse and worse you should seek therapy.

Therapy is nothing to be ashamed over, gosh i have been there over six months with meds to boot.

Actually I do feel better, with some ups and downs.

I hope you feel better soon.
