Can a week of bad anxiety spells make you feel overall not good?
« on: September 26, 2008, 03:12:54 PM »
I've had quite a few panic attacks this past week which has caused me to feel overall not good.  I just feel achy, weak, and very tired. I feel like I can't catch up on sleep and just not good...I've also had some random symptoms that I usually get with my anxiety/hypochondria also ... but Has anyone else ever experienced this after a "bout" of bad anxiety??
